Sometimes I ask myself, what is your purpose in life? We always hear these questions. What will you become when you grow up? What do you want from your life? And the older you get, the harder it is to answer.

We dream, we work, we believe.

It is easy when we are in a good state in life. Happy. Enough. I don’t think we ask ourselves such questions while busy with happy moments.

And the other moments, when we feel low, worthless, useless. Times we don’t want to live. We don’t believe the answer to the question. Or it is not powerful enough to make us get over it. But we have to still get over it, aren’t we?

Firstly, admit that we don’t feel good always. We don’t have to. Sometimes it is okay to feel sad. If we act happy when something happens bad, this will become an issue later.

And admit that feeling sad does not make a difference if it becomes longer. The world doesn’t plan anything cruel to you. Maybe your friends or someone planned, the plan happened.

You go home, cry in bed for three hours.

Tomorrow, if you are still planning to cry, don’t do that. No.

Instead, imagine. Imagine your best version in three or five years. In your lowest moment, imagine that. Make your purpose is I will become a better version of myself. Think how the person you will become will thank you.

People don’t love themself. Or accept. They are usually living for someone else. They care what other people think. We are the social ones, no surprises. People can love you, support you. Be with you when you are sad. But you are the one who will change your life. Your mindset. Your purpose. In the end, you are alone with yourself. And the other one, the cruellest inner voice wants to break down you. Speaks like an enemy to us, starts a war in our mind. These are the moments we have to take action. Take control.

If you feel aimless, make your aim that I live for myself. I make my life, myself better because I can do it. I’m the one who should do it.

I was listening Get Free while I was writing it. It makes me feel like a bird, flying in endless blue.

I have a challenge with myself, I write an article every day to make English better. I am excited to see the results.

PS: I realize I always use odd numbers when I give examples. 😄
